Enterprise, your team and custom needs
The Enterprise plan, adding colleagues to the workspace and the roles you can give them, and what to do when the answer is not on the pricing page — including onboarding and data migration.
Enterprise, your team and custom needs
Three plans are on the pricing page, and Enterprise is the one for a company with more
than one person pricing work. This guide covers what Enterprise adds, how the team side
actually works, and where to go when the pricing page is not the answer.
What enterprise adds
| Monthly | $179 / month |
| Annual | $1,790 per year, 2 months free |
| For | Multi-crew companies and restoration firms |
On top of everything in Pro:
- Unlimited team members — your colleagues are not counted, and there is no per-seat
charge to top up. - Custom assembly library — your own parametric assemblies, priced your way.
- Priority support — support first, ahead of the general queue.
- Onboarding & data migration — we help you get your existing prices and client list in.
Prices are in USD, and yearly billing includes two months free. The full comparison —
including what Pro adds over Starter — is on the pricing page and in
Plans, Free Trial and Billing.
Adding your team
Team management lives in Settings → Team Members, on a tab only the owner and admins
can see.
Invite Team Member takes a name, an email address and a role:
| Role | What they can do |
|---|---|
| Estimator | Builds and prices quotes |
| Admin | Also manages the team and settings |
| Viewer | Read-only access |
Give somebody Admin only if they should be able to invite and remove other people and
change settings — it is the role that can change who else is in the workspace.
Two things worth knowing before you send an invitation:
- They get an email with a link that expires in 7 days. Nothing is created until they
accept it, so an unaccepted invitation leaves no half-made account behind. - Everything is shared. A colleague joins your workspace: the same clients, the same
quotes, the same rate catalog. There is no separate private area, which is the point —
and worth saying out loud before you invite a subcontractor.
Outstanding invitations are listed under the members, with the ability to revoke one. If an
invitee says they never got the email, Email Problems
has the usual causes.
When the pricing page is not the answer
The contact form has a topic for exactly this: Enterprise or custom needs. Use it for
anything the three plans do not cover — a migration from another system, a price list in a
shape that needs help coming across, a question about how the team roles would fit your
company, or a request we have not built yet.
You can also email hello@clavoz.com directly. The form is rate-limited to five messages
an hour from one address, so a burst of messages will be refused rather than lost — send
one, with the detail in it.
What is not built yet — said plainly
Better a short honest list than a discovery halfway through a month:
- No per-seat billing. Enterprise is a flat price; there is no seat counter and nothing
to buy when the crew grows. - No single sign-on (SSO/SAML). Team members sign in with an email and password, or with
Google if the deployment has it configured. - No API, and no accounting integration. Clavoz does not sync invoices with QuickBooks,
Xero or anything else. - No custom contract terms or Clavoz-raised invoices. The subscription is billed through
Stripe; your own client contracts are your own.
Those are requests we want to hear, not features to pretend exist — the contact form is the
place to say so.
